Trying to be positive about things. Don't think now about what mistakes I made yesterday. I'm only thinking about now and what I'm doing at this moment to be healthier.
Today is the start of my atkin's diet. I learned about it in nutrition last year and liked what I saw. The hardest part is going to be no carbs. Carbs are amazing! But just one look in the mirror will be enough to convince myself not to eat them. So far today I've had one chicken breast, 3/4 banana, about 5 dried dates, and I have half a cup of beef and 1 cup spinach cooking right now.
Ayyy but the diet is so strict because there are carbs in so many foods we don't think about, so I'm hoping to go out and grab a diet book with lists for me to keep better track of.
I don't think I have any readers yet, but if you are glancing by and have tried the Atkin's diet before, tell me how it went or give us some tips that helped you succeed
